This practice collects the least it can and tells you exactly what it keeps.

Teal Apex Homes is the marketing website of Katrina Hill, a Colorado real estate broker associate with Real. This page explains what the site collects, who handles it, and how you take it back. It is a plain language summary of the practice, written for a reader rather than a court, and it is not a substitute for legal advice.
The contact form sends what you type to one inbox.
When you use the contact form, the site records your name, your email address, your phone number if you give one, the reason you chose, and your message. That record is stored as a lead in a database table held by Supabase, and a copy is sent by email through Resend to the practice inbox at support@tealapexgroup.com. The site keeps the record so that a message is never lost when a mail server is down, and the practice uses it only to answer you and to carry out the real estate service you asked about.
The instruments run in your browser and keep nothing.
The payoff engine, the mortgage and affordability model, the VA loan and BAH model, the investment analyzer, and the market readings all compute on your device. The figures you enter stay on your screen. They are not sent to a server, not stored, and not attached to any record of you.
The market letter collects an email address and nothing else.
Signing up for the monthly market letter asks for one thing, an email address. Subscription is double opt-in: the address is recorded only after you confirm it from a message sent to that address, so nobody can subscribe an inbox that is not their own. Every issue carries a one click unsubscribe link, and leaving is immediate. Every issue also carries the physical postal address of the sender, Real, 999 18th St., Suite 3000, Denver, CO 80202, because United States law requires a postal address on every commercial email. Subscriber addresses are stored in a Supabase table and sent through Resend, and they are used for the letter alone.
Two processors handle data on behalf of the practice.
- Supabase holds the database in which leads and subscriber addresses are stored. Access to those tables is governed by row level security.
- Resend delivers the notification email for each enquiry and every issue of the market letter.
Each processor acts on the practice's instructions and under its own published privacy terms. No other party receives your information.
Your information is kept for you and is never sold.
The practice sells no personal data, rents no list, and shares no address with an advertiser. Your record is used to answer you, to carry out the service you requested, and to send the letter you confirmed. When you ask for a record to be deleted, it is deleted from the database and from the mail provider.
The site stores one preference in your browser.
The site remembers your choice of light or dark mode and of accent theme in your browser's local storage, under the keys tah-mode and tah-theme. That preference never leaves your device. The site sets no analytics cookies and runs no tracking script; if analytics are ever added, this page will describe them before they run.
Colorado law informs this policy even where it does not bind.
The Colorado Privacy Act applies to businesses that control the data of one hundred thousand or more Colorado residents in a year, or that sell personal data and control the data of twenty five thousand or more. This practice sits well below both thresholds. It honors the Act's principles anyway: you may ask what the practice holds about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and decline any use beyond the one you agreed to, and the practice will answer within forty five days.
Questions about privacy reach the practice at one address.
Write to support@tealapexgroup.com for any question about this page, to see the record held about you, or to have it corrected or removed. Every message reaches the practice directly.
